To compare the post endodontic pain in single visit root canal treatment using different final intracanal irrigants at different temperatures in patients with single rooted single canal teeth at 6, 12, 24, and 48 hours. The different final irrigants selected for the present study are saline at room temperature, cold saline (cryo treated), dexamethasone at room temperature and cold dexamethasone (cryo treated).

入选标准
- •1 Single rooted single canal teeth.
- •2 Patients with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis.
- •3 Patients with pain level 4 or higher on NRS.
- •4 Teeth with mature root apex 5 Age group 18- 60 years.
排除标准
- •1 Primary endodontic failures/ re-treatment.
- •2 Teeth with evidence of internal or external root resorption, root fracture, calcification, open apices and periapical lesion.
- •3 Teeth not suitable to undergo single visit root canal treatment.
- •4 Medically compromised patients and pregnant women.
- •5 Patients with history of medicine intake including NSAIDs, antibiotics, corticosteroids, opioids, sedatives, anti-anxiety or anti-depressants in past 6 hours.
- •6 Patients who refuse to participate in the study.

- Analgesic intake, evaluated by the number of analgesic tablets taken in post-operative pain. Having an unscheduled appointment for emergency(treatment or any complications such as post-operative swelling.)
