Definitive diagnosis of PCOS based on Rotterdam criteria
Age 18 to 40 years
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnancy
Adrenal hyperplasia
Androgen-secreting tumors
Hyperprolactinemia
Thyroid dysfunction
Diabetes
Receiving antioxidant and anti-inflammatory supplements 3 months before the start of the study
