All patients with histologically confirmed mid third esophageal carcinoma
Exclusion Criteria
Patients who refuse to participate in the study,with synchronous head and neck tumors,Past history of lymph node dissection in the neck,Serious comorbid conditions,ASA grade 3 and more,Age over 70 years
