Exclusion Criteria

posttraumatic coxarthrosis,
surgical intervention performed on ipsilateral hip joint, dysplasia, disorder of bone metabolism

Primary Outcome Measures

Name	Time	Method
The primary target is the reduction in bone density as the difference between immediate postoperative value (5 - 10 days) and 1 year after surgery. This is to be measured by DEXA (Dual Energy X-Ray Absorptiometry).
