•1) age range 20 to 30 years of men and women
•2) the ability to communicate about physical condition and to fill out a questionnaire
•3) the ability to participate voluntarily, clearly understand the purpose and characteristics of the clinical trial, and sign an informed consent form

•1) use of medication within one month, such as blood pressure depressant, hypoglycemic agent, sleeping drug, tranquilizer, antithrombotic, antiplatelet agent, anticoagulant, and hormone drug that was prescribed according to the Internal Medicine, Surgery, and psychiatric diagnosis
•2) pregnancy or lactation
•3) student of Korean Medicine College or Korean medical doctor
•4) acupuncture treatment within the three months
•5) not applicable pulse tonometric device and ultrasound test for physical characteristics
•6) the person with heart disease or the transplant of devices such as pacemakers
•7) participation in other clinical trials within the three months
•8) communication disorder
•9) drug addiction or alcoholic
•10) conditions where acupuncture might not be safe, such as metal allergy
•11) refusal to participate in the trial or informed consent
•12) exclusion at the investigator’s discretion
