- •American society of anesthesiologists physical status grade 1 or grade 2
- •patient posted for elective lower abdominal surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •patient with contraindication to spinal anesthesia
- •patient with refusal to consent
- •any neuropathy
- •allergies to local anesthetic
