Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •American society of anesthesiologists physical status grade 1 or grade 2
  • •patient posted for elective lower abdominal surgery

Exclusion Criteria

  • •patient with contraindication to spinal anesthesia
  • •patient with refusal to consent
  • •any neuropathy
  • •allergies to local anesthetic
