入选标准
- •1.all consented patients of either sex.
- •2.aged 18-65years.
- •3.patient belonging to ASA physical status 1 or 2
- •4.patient posted for elective surgeries requiring general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation.
- •5.surgeries lasting 2-3hours.
排除标准
- •1.patient belonging to ASA physical stauts grade 3 or 4
- •2.surgeries lasting for more than 3 hours.
- •3.patients with history of pre operative sore throat .
- •4.anticipated difficult airway.
- •5.head and neck surgeries.
- •6.surgeries requiring prone position.
- •intubation attempts more than 2 hours.
