- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method
Differences in the health of the peri-implant tissue of two different implant care concepts assessed by biomarkers and enzymes from peri-implant crevicular fluid (PICF), probing depths, papillary bleeding index and bone degradation during follow-up at the time of study

- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method In the evaluation of the PICF measurement the inflammation marker calprotectin will be determined in addition to the established marker MMP-8,. Calprotectin has been established as a inflammation marker for the oral area in the Department of Prosthetic Dentistry at Ulm University Clinic. A comparison of the two markers shall be presented.
