Inclusion Criteria
Playing at least 1-2 days each week but no more than 4 days a week since 2 years
Exclusion Criteria
1. Players who have 6 months previous history of lower limb or pelvis fracture.
2. Participation in any other exercise activities during the study period.
3. Players with any past history of systemic disease/disorder.
4. Players with previous formal badminton training.
5. Players physically unfit.
