Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Playing at least 1\-2 days each week but no more than 4 days a week since 2 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Players who have 6 months previous history of lower limb or pelvis fracture.
- •2\. Participation in any other exercise activities during the study period.
- •3\. Players with any past history of systemic disease/disorder.
- •4\. Players with previous formal badminton training.
- •5\. Players physically unfit.
