Inclusion Criteria
Young old individuals who can walk independently.
MMSE score more than 24.
Willing to participate.
Exclusion Criteria
Subjects having any health-related conditions which can interfere with independent walking [neurological, cardio-respiratory and musculoskeletal conditions].
Require use of assistive walking devices.
Patient with visual or auditory deficits which cannot be corrected with aids.
Patients with uncontrolled hypertension and uncontrolled diabetes.
Medications that interfere with balance.
