Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Young old individuals who can walk independently.
- •MMSE score more than 24\.
- •Willing to participate.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Subjects having any health\-related conditions which can interfere with independent walking \[neurological, cardio\-respiratory and musculoskeletal conditions].
- •Require use of assistive walking devices.
- •Patient with visual or auditory deficits which cannot be corrected with aids.
- •Patients with uncontrolled hypertension and uncontrolled diabetes.
- •Medications that interfere with balance.
