Inclusion Criteria
1.Children with pratishyaya of recent onset within one week
2.Children irrespective of gender, religion and socio-economic status fulfilling the diagnostic criteria.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Congenital anamolies related to respiratory system
2.Lower respiratory tract infection
3.Jwara
4.Dushta pratishyaya,Rakta pratishyaya and Sannipataja pratishyaya
chronic rhinitis,sinusitis,asthma,infectious disease like tb
