Inclusion Criteria

1.Female over 45 years old and male over 50 years old;
2.Patients whose T value is -1SD after BMD test (using dual-energy X-ray bone densitometer to measure L1-5 vertebral body BMD);
3.Patients and The family members voluntarily signed the informed consent form after understanding the research process.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Unstable vital signs, accompanied by serious primary diseases of the tissues and organs, mental patients, and those who have not signed the informed consent;
2.Women who are breastfeeding, pregnant or about to become pregnant;
3.Suffering from tumor, pituitary gland, thyroid gland, and parathyroid Glands, adrenal glands, gonads and other diseases;
4.Suffering from other major medical conditions (such as infections, cancer) or central nervous system diseases;
5.Patients who are participating in other clinical trials and who are considered unsuitable for inclusion in this study by the investigator;
6.Mental disorders.
