meeting the DSM-IV criteria for manic episode of bipolar mood disorder; age between 17 and 65 years; order of receiving electroconvulsive therapy Exclusion criteria: history of allergy to NSAIDs; lactating and pregnant women, cerebrovascular hemorrhage; severe hepatic or renal disease, Patients with rheumatologic disease, organic brain syndrome, concomitant taking of other NSAIDs or corticosteroids, severe medical conditions like cardiovascular disorders, respiratory and gasterointestinal disease, receiving electroconvulsive therapy in the past 2 months, stroke, presence of contraindication of receiving electroconvulsive therapy
