Patient of any gender and 18-65 years of age.
Patient suffering from chronic disease having marked past history.
Patients of any religion and any socio-economical background.
Patient able to read/understand Hindi and/or English and/or Bengali.
Patients willing to take part in the study and who give written consent.
Patients suffering from any congenital deformity.
Patient suffering from any type of autoimmune disorders and/ or systemic diseases (like hypertension, diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular diseases etc.) who are undergoing any treatment or on regular medication.
Patient suffering from any type of invasive malignant disease/ neoplasia.
Patient is having prolonged psychiatric illness in his or her past history.
Pregnant, postpartum and lactating women.
Patient suffering from any immunocompromised state.
Patients with habit of substance abuse and / or dependence.
Vulnerable populations like unwilling to take part, too sick for consultation, not giving consent to join the study, mentally disabled people.
Already been in homoeopathic treatment for any chronic illness for the last 3 months.
Simultaneous participation in any other clinical trial.
