Inclusion Criteria

First chemotherapy regimen.
Karnofsky score over 80 percent.
Age < 70 years

Exclusion Criteria

Receive radiation therapy on abdomen or pelvic region.
Vomiting or previously use of antiemetic drugs within 24 hrs before starting chemotherapy.
Evidence of brain metastasis, bowel obstruction or any other serious concurrent illness.
Pregnant women or lactation period.
