入选标准
- •First chemotherapy regimen.
- •Karnofsky score over 80 percent.
- •Age < 70 years
排除标准
- •Receive radiation therapy on abdomen or pelvic region.
- •Vomiting or previously use of antiemetic drugs within 24 hrs before starting chemotherapy.
- •Evidence of brain metastasis, bowel obstruction or any other serious concurrent illness.
- •Pregnant women or lactation period.
