Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Thai citizens who are 18 years of age and above
- •2\. Spastic or involutional entropion with meibomian gland dysfuction
- •3\. Require entropion eyelid surgical repair
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. History of eyelid surgery
- •2\. Appointment of eyelid surgery is within the next 6 months
- •3\. Chronic inflammatory eye diseases that are poor controlled, such as Thyroid eye disease or Steven Johnson syndrome
- •4\. Allergic to fluorescein
- •5\. The patient is unable to follow up as per protocol
- •6\. The patient is unable to communicate the ocular symptoms
- •7\. The patient denys further treatment
