Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients aged >= 18 years and <= 75 years;
2. Patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage within 72 hours of onset;
3. Patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage: GCS score <= 12 or NIHSS score >= 11;
4. Patients with supratentorial hemorrhage were identified by head CT, and the amount of bleeding was more than 30ml;
5. Patients who signed informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients with cerebral hemorrhage caused by brain tumor, brain trauma, blood disease, cerebral vascular malformation (congenital abnormality) or aneurysm;
2. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction;
3. For patients with severe disease, the expected survival time is not more than 2 weeks;
4. Patients with GCS score <= 5;
5. Patients who were unable to take care of themselves before stroke (MRS 3-5 points);
6. Subjects who could not complete the follow-up;
7. Patients participating in other clinical trials.
