•Established cases of Connective Tissue Diseases, which include Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Systemic Sclerosis, Dermatomyositis, Polymyositis, and Mixed Connective Tissue Diseases.
•Patients willing to give consent to undergo the tests
•Patient not willing to give consent.
•Patients suffering from Diabetes Mellitus.
•Patients with Ocular Surface Diseases other than dry eye.
•Patients with active ocular infection and with lid and adnexal abnormalities.
•Contact lens users
•Patients who have undergone intraocular surgery in the past six months.
•Patients on antipsychotic medication, anti cholinergic medication and anti glaucoma medication.
