Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •People between 18 and 45 years; reported neck pain for more than three months ; The minimum severity of pain according to VAS , 4 to 10 cm; Proprioception error is greater than 3 ° in both directions of movement of the neck ;cervical vertigo
- •Exclusion criteria :
- •Any specific reason for neck pain , such as disc protrusion ; severe osteoarthritis ; rheumatoid diseases and trauma; surgery in the neck.vestibular system disorders; neurological disorder, central nervous system involvement including stroke , multiple sclerosis , Parkinson's , etc; history of diabetes
- •Other muscoloSkeletal disorder such as hip problems , knee and ankle joints or spine in the last three months
