1) Adult men and women aged 20 to 65
2) A person whose BMI is greater than or equal to 25 kg/m2 and less than 30 kg/m2
3) A person who voluntarily agrees to participate in the study and signs an informed consent form for the study
1) A person who has lost more than 10% of their weight in the three months preceding the screening visit date.
2) A person who has continuously taken drugs or health functional foods that affect weight or body fat reduction one month prior to the registration date of the study subjects
- Drugs: anti-obesity drugs, hypoglycemic drugs, insulin drugs, diuretic drugs, antidepressants, corticosteroids, antidiarrheal drugs, contraceptives, and other drugs that affect energy metabolism/glycemia/gastrophobia/weight
3) A person who has undergone surgery or treatment for the purpose of weight loss within the last year
4) A person who has participated in commercial/non-commercial weight loss programs in the last 3 months
5) A person with uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure greater than 160 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure greater than 100 mmHg)
6) A person with fasting blood sugar above 126 mg/dL, diagnosed with diabetes, or taking oral glycemic drugs or insulin drugs
7) A person whose AST, ALT, and creatine levels exceed twice the normal range
8) Pregnant women, lactating women and those with plans for pregnancy within the next six months
9) A person who is hypersensitive to test products or components contained in test products or is allergic to certain components
10) A person who has been diagnosed and treated for cancer within the last 5 years
11) A person with surgical history within the last 6 months
12) A person diagnosed with autoimmune disease or thyroid disease
13) A person diagnosed with severe cerebrovascular disease (cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, etc.) or heart disease (angiosis, myocardial infarction, heart failure, arrhythmia, etc.)
14) A person diagnosed with chronic gastrointestinal disorder
15) A person diagnosed with mental illness, central nervous disorder, alcoholism, and eating disorder
16) A person on oral contraceptives
17) A person who participated in another clinical trial or human application test one month before participation in the test
18) A person who is unable to read or whose ability is limited
19) Other persons deemed inappropriate by the research manager to participate in the research
