1. patients (m/f/d) with a clinical diagnosis of Idiopathic Parkinson's Syndrome (IPS).
2. severity Hoehn & Yahr stage I-IV
3. at least 18 years old
4. good knowledge of German
5. able and willing to give consent
6. able to remember information, use it to make a decision, and communicate decisions through speech, sign language, or other means
1. other diseases affecting cognition are present (e.g. tumors etc.)
2. refusal or inability to participate in the study
3. other comprehension and communication difficulties that interfere with inclusion criteria (e.g., language problems)
