Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. patients (m/f/d) with a clinical diagnosis of Idiopathic Parkinson's Syndrome (IPS).
  • •2\. severity Hoehn \& Yahr stage I\-IV
  • •3\. at least 18 years old
  • •4\. good knowledge of German
  • •5\. able and willing to give consent
  • •6\. able to remember information, use it to make a decision, and communicate decisions through speech, sign language, or other means

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. other diseases affecting cognition are present (e.g. tumors etc.)
  • •2\. refusal or inability to participate in the study
  • •3\. other comprehension and communication difficulties that interfere with inclusion criteria (e.g., language problems)
