Inclusion Criteria
- •Age: 18 to 45, 2 \-4 bouldering per week
Exclusion Criteria
- •Acute injuries, acute illnesses, injury of the upper extremity in the last 12 month, surgery of the upper extremity in the past, physiotherapy or manual therapy treatment in the last 4 weeks.
