Inclusion Criteria
Age: 18 to 45, 2 -4 bouldering per week
Exclusion Criteria
Acute injuries, acute illnesses, injury of the upper extremity in the last 12 month, surgery of the upper extremity in the past, physiotherapy or manual therapy treatment in the last 4 weeks.

Name Time Method Grip strength, measured by an hydraulic dynamometer, immediately before and after the treatment.
