Inclusion Criteria

1. chronic low back pain or back pain more than three months.
2. area of pain between costal margin and gluteal fold.
3. Age range of participant was between 20-50 years old
4. Body mass index (BMI) between 18-25 kg/m2

Exclusion Criteria

1. radicular pain or back pain from serious diseases such as herniated disc nucleus pulposus (HNP), trauma, cancer and infectious diseases.
2. recently of back and abdomen surgery or spinal fractures
3. visual analogue scale (VAS) not exceed 60 millimeter on 100 millimeter.
4. previously performing core stabilization exercise.
