- 20 Years to 50 Years (—)

Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. chronic low back pain or back pain more than three months.
- •2\. area of pain between costal margin and gluteal fold.
- •3\. Age range of participant was between 20\-50 years old
- •4\. Body mass index (BMI) between 18\-25 kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. radicular pain or back pain from serious diseases such as herniated disc nucleus pulposus (HNP), trauma, cancer and infectious diseases.
- •2\. recently of back and abdomen surgery or spinal fractures
- •3\. visual analogue scale (VAS) not exceed 60 millimeter on 100 millimeter.
- •4\. previously performing core stabilization exercise.
