入选标准
- •1 Pre diagnosed cases will be taken only with positive sickling report
- •2 Age between 3 years to 16 years irrespective of gender caste religion
- •3 Patients with sign and symptoms of sickle cell disease
- •4 Hb >6.5 gm% and <11.5 gm%
- •5 Hb electrophoresis reporting % of Hb S >10 gm%
- •6 Serum Bilirubin less than 3.0 mg/dL
排除标准
- •1 Age less than 3 years and greater than 16 years
- •2 Patients with known case of hepatic and renal dysfunction and chronic cardiac dysfunction
- •3 SCA associated with other known diseases like Diabetes Mellitus Hypertension Thalassemia
- •4 Hb < 6.5 gm % and >11.5 gm %
- •5 Serum bilirubin level more than 3.0mg/dL
- •6 Known case of other haemoglobinopathies and haematological diseases other than sickle cell anaemia G6PD thalassemia sickle cell beta thalassemia
