Inclusion Criteria
- Patients scheduled to undergo oral surgery under general anesthesia at Surgical Center or Center for Oral Surgery of Hokkaido University Hospital
- Age 20+
- ASA physical status class 1 or 2
- Written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- Lack of judgment, such as intellectual disability
- Allergy to the aroma essential oil
- Olfactory disorder
- Hemorrhagic diathesis
- ICU management after general anesthesia
- Scheduled to administer intraoperative antiemetic prophylaxis
- Judged by the primary sponser to be inappropriate as research subjects
