Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Recreational Athletes who:
- •1\. Participate in sports recreationally
- •2\. Have no known history of lower extremity injuries for the past 1 year and were free of musculoskeletal ailments.
- •3\. Have no injuries/illnesses that prevent them from participating in squatting, jumping, or landing tasks.
- •4\. Complete the pre\-participation test successfully.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Recreational Athletes who:
- •1\. Have a history of any musculoskeletal and neurological disorders.
- •2\. Have any skeletal deformities of the lower limb preventing accurate marker placement and analysis.
