入选标准
- •the subjects had knee pain and radiographic osteophytes appear at the margins of the joint with at least one of the following features
- •1 age more than or equal 50 years
- •2 morning stiffness less than 30 minutes
- •and 3 crepitus on motion
排除标准
- •history of peptic ulcer
- •steroid or hyaluronic intra articular injection within 3 months
- •unable to walk
- •hypersensitive to NSAIDs
- •or concomitant use of anti inflammatory or analgesic drugs
