Inclusion Criteria
1.American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) physical status 1 and 2 patients.
2.Age > 15 to < 60 years.
3.Posted for laparoscopic appendicetomy and cholecystectomy.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients not willing for the procedure.
2.Patients with active respiratory tract infection.
3.Patients with cervical spine disease.
4.Patients with high risk of regurgitation
