Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Patients who have received ADT therapy for at least 6 months.
- •(2\) Those with at least one of the five metabolic syndrome factors in the abnormal range.
- •(3\) A person who is fully aware of the purpose and contents of the research and voluntarily participated in the research.
- •(4\) A person who can understand Korean and can communicate without cognitive impairment.
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Those who have been diagnosed with other cancer except for prostate cancer and are being treated.
- •(2\) Those who have undergone surgery or chemotherapy within the last 3 months.
- •(3\) Those who answered yes” to one or more of the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaires (PAR\-Q).
- •(4\) Those with cardiovascular diseases such as unstable angina pectoris, uncontrolled blood pressure, and myocardial infarction.
- •(5\) Those who have serious complications such as musculoskeletal and nervous system diseases.
- •(6\) Those who participate in other intervention programs or change medication to control blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar within the last 3 months from the initiation time of participation in the program.
- •(7\) Participants who cannot use data due to missing data such as primary variables.
- •(8\) Those who have difficulty in independent activities or daily life.
