(1) Patients who have received ADT therapy for at least 6 months.
(2) Those with at least one of the five metabolic syndrome factors in the abnormal range.
(3) A person who is fully aware of the purpose and contents of the research and voluntarily participated in the research.
(4) A person who can understand Korean and can communicate without cognitive impairment.
(1) Those who have been diagnosed with other cancer except for prostate cancer and are being treated.
(2) Those who have undergone surgery or chemotherapy within the last 3 months.
(3) Those who answered yes” to one or more of the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaires (PAR-Q).
(4) Those with cardiovascular diseases such as unstable angina pectoris, uncontrolled blood pressure, and myocardial infarction.
(5) Those who have serious complications such as musculoskeletal and nervous system diseases.
(6) Those who participate in other intervention programs or change medication to control blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar within the last 3 months from the initiation time of participation in the program.
(7) Participants who cannot use data due to missing data such as primary variables.
(8) Those who have difficulty in independent activities or daily life.
