Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age 35\-70 years.
- •2\.Current complaints of pain in the ankle and foot at least for period of 3 months or more.
- •3\.On clinical examination flexible plano\-valgus deformity
- •4\.PTTD of stage I or stage II according to Johnson and storm
- •5\. Radiological assessment with longitudinal arch flattening
- •Lateral view:Lateral Talo\-first metatarsal angle\- \>10 degrees
- •Antero\-posterior view: Anteroposterior Talo\-first metatarsal angle\- \>10 degree
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Rigid foot deformity
- •2\.PTTD of stage III and IV according to Johnson and storm
- •3\. Patients with preexisting fixed foot deformities
- •4\.Previous history of surgery on the same ankle and foot
- •5\.Presence of neurovascular, peripheral vascular, musculoskeletal abnormality
