Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •\- Healthy volunteers aged 35â€80
  • •\- Were screened for type 2 diabetes by 75 gm OGTT and were diagnosed as impaired fasting glucose and/or impaired glucose tolerance

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- Unwilling to participate in the study
  • •\- Were diagnosed as diabetes or had normal OGTT
