- •1\) if they reported a history of at least 1 substantial
- •ankle sprain 2\) episodes of the ankle ‘‘giving way’’ in the 6 months before the
- •study, 3\) a score \= 25 on the Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool
排除标准
- •1\) history of previous surgery to the musculoskeletal
- •structures of either lower extremity 2\) fracture in either lower extremity
- •requiring realignment 3\) acute musculoskeletal injury to the joints of the lower
- •extremity in the 3 months before the study that affected joint integrity and
- •function, resulting in at least 1 lost day of desired physical
