Inclusion Criteria
�Young adults under 18-25 years
�Both males and female tennis player
�After 1-2 days of injury
�Subjects who are fully conscious and willing to participate
�Individual with pain in ankle
Grade II ankle sprain
�Tenderness restricted to lateral ligament
�Swelling over the ankle
Exclusion Criteria
�Sedentary individual
�Individual who does not play the game
�Individual who are below or above age mentioned.
�Individual with prior skin conditions
�Individual allergic to adhesive tapes
�Individual with open wound
�Individual showing signs of infection
