Inclusion Criteria

Heart failure with reduced ejection fraction
Consented patients
Aged 18 to 80 years

Exclusion Criteria

History of using colchicine
Patient with liver and kidney disease
Patient with inflammatory and autoimmune disease
Pregnant woman
Breastfeeding woman
Patient with major depression
Patient with symptomatic hypotention
Contraindications of colchicine
