- •Tested positive on direct microscopy examination or Fungal culture
- •Patients consenting for laser

- •Other concomitant nail diseases such as nail-plate psoriasis, lichen planus, or atopic dermatitis, subungual hematoma or nevoid formation
- •History of photosensitive disorders.
- •Pregnant and lactating female.
- •Patients with unrealistic expectations.
- •Patient not willing for laser.
