1. Patients who underwent transcatheter closure of PFO with indication as ESUS or TIA. embolic stroke of undetermined sources (ESUS) is a diagnosis based on visualized non-lacunar infarct with clearly defined diagnostic assessments to exclude proximal occlusive atherosclerosis or major-risk embolic sources.
2.Patients who underwent transcatheter closure of PFO with indication as platypnea-orthodeoxia syndrome / hypoxia, orthodeoxy.
3.Patients who underwent transcatheter closure of PFO with other indication
