Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •a) patient belonging to ASA 1 and 2
- •b) patient in age group of 18 to 60 years of either sex
- •c) Patients undergoing lowerlimb surgeries lasting less than 45 min
Exclusion Criteria
- •a) Patient refusal
- •b) any bleeding disorders, and patient on anticoagulant therapy
- •c) severe hypovolumeia
- •d) infection at the site of injection
- •e) known allergy to chloroprocaine
- •f) neurologic disorder:spine stenosis, symptomatic lumbar herniated disc, multiple sclerosis
- •g) any surgery lasting more than 45 minutes
