( 1 ) Voluntary participation in this study, and signed informed consent.
( 2 ) 20 = age = 35 years old ;
( 3 ) Gender : unlimited
( 4 ) No cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, no obvious discomfort during cardiopulmonary exercise test, mild abnormal blood pressure, no exercise contraindications ;
( 5 ) no history of mental illness, with a certain understanding, communication skills ;
( 6 ) Subjects with complete basic information, related scales and physical identification information.
( 1 ) under the age of 20, over the age of 35 ;
( 2 ) can not make an objective evaluation of their physical condition ;
( 3 ) suffering from severe cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal system disease or contraindications to exercise ;
( 4 ) recent suffering from colds, anemia and other diseases that may be secondary to fatigue ;
( 5 ) Refractory insomnia, epilepsy, spinal cord disease and other mental diseases such as nervous system can not cooperate ;
( 6 ) Subjects who took drugs affecting cardiopulmonary function before the test.
