- •?Pacientes con una edad comprendida entre los 50 y los 75 años.
- •?Enfermedad Renal Crónica estadio 5D o 4-5 No D según cálculo del filtrado glomerular (MDRD).
- •?Concentración de parathormona intacta (PTHi): 150 ? 400 pg/ml.
- •?Concentraciones plasmáticas de 25(OH) vitamina D < 30 ng/ml.
- •?Sin suplemento de vitamina D desde 3 meses antes del inicio del estudio.
- •?P sérico ? 3,8 mg/dl.
- •?Ca sérico ? 9,8 mg/dl.
- •?Sin antecedentes de eventos cardiovasculares (angina o infarto de miocardio, accidente vascular cerebral, enfermedad arterial periférica).
- •?Ausencia de criterios de exclusión para el uso de contraste.
