Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Overhead athletes,No history of upper limb injuries or surgery of shoulder or surrounding region,BMI â?? 18\-25,No history of shoulder pain, back pain or dysfunction within 6 months before the enrollment.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Previous subluxation, dislocation, or fracture, A history of joint instability, tendinitis, bursitis, impingement, adhesive capsulitis, neurovascular complications, or any condition that limited physical activity for greater than 2 days over the last 6 months,Current complaints of neuromuscular pain, numbness, or tingling in the upper extremity, neck, or back during the push\-up screening process.
