入选标准
- •1. Healthy patients between age group of 4-9 years.
- •2. Patients willing to take part in study.
- •3. Patients exhibiting Frankl’s behavior rating scale score of 3 and 4 {positive (+) and definitely positive (++)}
- •4. At least two-thirds of remaining root length.
- •5. Sufficient coronal structure remaining
- •Primary teeth with chronic irreversible pulpitis
- •6. Radiolucent areas in furcation or periapical region
排除标准
- •1. Patient who are medically compromised.
- •2. Any clinical sign of tooth mobility (grade 2 or 3) as per Miller’s criteria
- •3. If the root resorption of teeth is more than 1/3rd.
- •4. Child with special heath care needs.
- •5. Tooth that cannot be restored clinically
- •6. Tooth with pulpal floor perforation
- •7. Presence of frank dentoalveolar abscess or extra-oral swelling (presence of purulence in the canals)
