入选标准
- •Individuals with Stage C OSMF (according to Haider et al classification ) who will be
- •medically fit to undergo surgery under General Anesthesia.Individuals belonging to ASA 1.Individuals who give consent for reconstruction using nasolabial flap.
- •Individuals in the intervention groups will randomly receive closure of nasolabial flaps using Polyglactin and Polyamide sutures.
排除标准
- •Individuals with known tendency of keloid formation and/or previous history of hypertrophic
- •scar.Individuals with a prior history of radiation in the head and neck region. Individuals with medical conditions affecting the jaws. Patients with superimposed premalignant or cancerous lesionPatients who have been previously operated for Oral Submucous Fibrosis. Individuals unwilling to give consent for the study.
- •Individuals in the intervention groups will randomly receive closure of nasolabial flaps using Polyglactin and Polyamide sutures.
