入选标准
- •First stroke
- •- Time since the event: < 4 weeks
- •- Moderately affected patients based on a Barthel Index >40 and = 70 at study inclusion
- •- Ability to understand basic instructions and information
- •- Willingness to participate by the patient or their carer
- •- Knowledge of the type of stroke (ischaemic / haemorrhagic)
排除标准
- •- Presence of a serious, life-shortening other illness (e.g. cancer, severe heart failure, severe lung disease)
- •- Presence of a severe psychiatric illness
- •- Presence of other neurological diseases
- •- Pain during physical activity (visual analogue scale > 5)
- •- Gastric tube, percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy
