- •ASA 1 and 2
- •Mallampati grade 1 or 2

- •Patients not willing for participation
- •Patients with difficult airway
- •Pre existing laryngeal or tracheal pathology
- •History of reflux or diagnosed oesophageal disease
- •Morbid obesity
