Patients older than 18 years old, who require extraction of both lower third molars; Patients who are classified by the American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA, from the English American Society of Anesthesiologists) as ASA I.
Patients with the presence of infectious conditions or pathologies associated with third molars that interfere with the clinical parameters of control of the study variables; Patients who have a chronic addiction, such as smoking or drinking; Patients who did not commit to attending at all times in this research.

Name Time Method It is expected to find a reduction in morbidities after third molar removal surgery, verified through data collection methods in relation to the patient's maximum mouth opening, demarcation of anatomical points to check edema and amount of analgesic pills ingested to check the from this, statistical tests were performed with a confidence interval of 95% and the value of the probability of significance less than or equal to 0.05.
