Inclusion Criteria.20
The age should be 17 to 25 years for both males and females.
For junior males, if their age is less than 20 years, their weight should be below 65 kg.
For males, if their age is less than 25 years, their weight should be below 80kg.
For junior females, if their age is less than 20 years, their weight should be below 60kg.
For females, if their age is less than 25 years, their weight should be below 70 kg.
Applicants must have participated in competitive sports for a minimum of 1 year.
Subjects with injuries to the head, neck, spine, pelvis, thighs, knees, ankles, and other conditions that may impact balance were excluded.16
Any surgery within the last 6 months is considered as an exclusion criterion.
Individuals with cardio-neurological conditions that impede fitness are considered ineligible.
