Minimum age of 18 years
- Neglect and pusher symptoms after right hemispheric lesion. Include those patients who have both a neglect based on the initial neuropsychological examination and a score of 1 or greater on the Contraversive Pusher Scale in at least one of the three components.
- Regular ability to mobilize for personal hygiene and participate in at least 80 percent of scheduled morning therapies.
- Known dementia
- Therapeutic mobilization capacity for less than 80% of scheduled therapy sessions
- Development of normal pressure hydrocephalus

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Objective: To treat a total of 20 neglect and pusher patients with prism adaptation therapy.<br><br>Diagnostics will take place at a total of three time points. The following measuring instruments are used:<br>- Weight distribution values on the sensor measuring plate 'Tymo'.<br>- Apple Cancellation Test<br>- Line bisection<br>- Clock drawing<br><br>Group A:<br>T1 = Screening and entry diagnostics<br>(day 1)<br><br>- 3 weeks therapy with prism glasses<br><br>T2 = Diagnostics<br>(day 21)<br><br>- 3 weeks of conventional therapy<br><br>T3 = final diagnostics<br>day (42)<br><br><br>Group B:<br>T1 = screening and initial diagnostics<br>(day 1)<br><br>- 3 weeks conventional therapy <br><br>T2 = Diagnostics<br>(day 21)<br><br>- 3 weeks therapy with prism glasses<br><br>T3 = final diagnostics<br>day (42)
